If winbot33 identifies that a User holds more than one account — whether under the same or different details — winbot33 may close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical winnings.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. winbot33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence) and recent proof of address. Accounts that fail or decline to complete KYC may have withdrawal access restricted.

Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud or money laundering, winbot33 reserves the right to withhold and report any funds in the account to the relevant authorities. All content on the winbot33 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of winbot33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbot33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
winbot33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your winbot33 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winbot33 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues. Planned maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and connectivity issues beyond winbot33's control are explicitly excluded from any liability claim.
